DV>No, It does not get connections. Any connection attempt just times out.

  I went in and UNCHECKED the box that said "block IP's causing invalid
sessions"...and that seemed to solve the problem.

  I put Peerblock back on, and have added the captcha.v script that
Steve Winn did, plus removed the Guest account (since all users are
GUESTS IN MY HOME), and that has cut down on these "bot logon attempts".
