Sorry for confusion. As you mentioned "email" I wrote about smtp more than about
fidonet.
In my case - 3 challenges: 1) local areas with specific coding where 2) my
preferred editor can not handle conversion easily and of course 3) missing know
how on my side.
But I can live with that.
