Yes, but which one?  Signal works well, though you need to sign up with your pho
ne
number, which some people don't like.  Telegram is closed source.

The advantage of PGP is you can use it with your existing e-mail address.  I use
d to
use it with others, I set it up for them.  The real problem is they lose their k
eys
when they inevitably have to reinstall windows, get their drive wiped or change
computers.
