As others have mentioned here, I should retract my advice and instead recommend
MakeMKV, which has the ability to rip the audio and video streams and completely
disregard whatever encryption keys are in store. I had completely spaced on thi
s, probably because it is primarily a command-line Linux application, but I beli
eve there are GUI and Windows/macOS branches of MakeMKV that should work just fi
ne these days.
