You missed the point. Maybe I should have lifted the ambiguity:

By the light of (a full moon in conjunction with Venus).

Now go ask an astromer when the condition bewteen the brackets is met...

Of course Russian programmers use the latin alphabet when writing in C. What
has that got to do with the issue at hand?

What does what the developpers use to write C have to do with what the users
use to write messenges?
