That's a hell of a lot of effort to create a ton of accounts just to downvote s
omething into oblivion on a BBS.
Also, Reddit's algorithm has been able to detect mass coordinated downvoting for
at least a decade, now. For the most part, anything that gets buried due to d
ownvotes is fairly organic.
