I completely agree. You and I have had a long conversation about this exact
topic.
I have been establishing connections with all the other RCs in order to
facilitate netmail routing in and out of R12. We are somewhat unique as you
are the ZC and happen to be in the Region, but I still have connections with the
NCs in the region for that exact reason.
Is this chart still floating around anywhere? I'd like to take a crack at it.
