This 100%. I always had an affection for small-town life but even if I lived
lets say... as an example... Caledon or somewhere northwest of Toronto or even
out Brantford/Oakville/Milton way its still expensive to find a decent place
plus now you have a commute. I have a few stable gigs that prevent me from
totally leaving the Toronto area.
