I had an AT with MFM drives when I first started out, and I recall my 
Telegard board tossing 0.9 messages/second.

Back then, I had to toss packets to .msg format, then import the .msgs into
Telegard's message base - horribly inefficient.

I do miss that old batch file that ran the whole thing, driving the BBS 
events off of errorlevels was ingenious.
