i think the ones that fled here to the usa are from china.

they are basically a people with no country.  the chinese hate them and use a
derogitory word to describe them instead of calling them hmong.

In wisconsin theres's a lot on welfare and there's a lot of gangs where they are
located.

I've worked with some of them and they are very hard workers. they have very
large families, as well.
