I'm trying to import a text file into a message base, and I'm using this batch
file with these results:

C:\sbbs\exec>smbutil i\sbbs\exec\bbsad.asc -i -tALL -fPapabill -s*Square One BBS
c:\sbbs\data\subs\gn.test.shd

SMBUTIL v2.33-Win32 (rev 1.106) SMBLIB 2.51 - Synchronet Message Base Utility

One.shd doesn't exist (use -c to create)
Returning error code: 1

C:\sbbs\exec>smbutil i\sbbs\exec\bbsad.asc -i -tALL -fPapabill -s*Square One BBS
c:\sbbs\data\subs\complain.shd

SMBUTIL v2.33-Win32 (rev 1.106) SMBLIB 2.51 - Synchronet Message Base Utility

One.shd doesn't exist (use -c to create)
Returning error code: 1

C:\sbbs\exec>smbutil i\sbbs\exec\bbsad.asc -i -tALL -fPapabill -s*Square One BBS
c:\sbbs\data\subs\chatter.shd

SMBUTIL v2.33-Win32 (rev 1.106) SMBLIB 2.51 - Synchronet Message Base Utility

What am I doing wrong? There ARE the .shd files in the \sbbs\data\subs\
directory
