Since Radius is a clone of Argus (from the same source code, i.e.,) you should
be able to accomplish this in the Dialing Properties Screen.

You can see this screen and more information you need in the Argus tutorial
here http://www.filegate.net/zone1/ar-index.html.  I just did a search on my
page for modem and found it there where you can set information for
Argus/Radius to use with LD numbers, etc.
