I got this from just typing vtic in a command prompt:

/CHECKCRC - Boolean value to toggle CRC checking
/DESC=x - Manual send; File description
/FILE=x - Manual send; Full path and file

/PATH=x - Path to process incoming TIC files
/REPLACES=x - Manual send; Filename to replace
/SAVE=x - Path to save TIC files which couldn't be processed
/UPDATE or /U - Process outgoing TIC files
/VERSION or /VER - Version information
