I've read a few reviews about those special win 10 ssd-equipped
laptops. Most of them were aligned with the idea that they were
not good for productive things - not ram upgradeable either.
Can you try a live linux distro to see if the hardware is
suitable?
Meanwhile, look for some large files that are nolonger needed on
the laptop, and free up much more space. 1.5GB free is very
likely a contributor to poor performance.
