The high cpu utilization issue is a configuration issue within sbbsecho.ini. I
effectively rebuilt my sbbsecho.ini and the problem went away. Also, make sure
tickit.ini is well maintained. A lot of the problems is *not reading the direct
ions verbatim*. :)
