Windows 98 was good, but I remember one recurring problem I had with Windows 98
was when I went to shut down the PC, Windows 98 would get stuck on the shutdown
screen and not fully shut down. I think there may have been a fix for that at s
ome point though.
Windows ME tends to get a lot of hate, but I ran ME for a little while and didn'
t have a problem with it.
