Would check off the following.
1. fidopoll killbusy
2. check the following to see if there are still .bsy folders.
/mystic/semaphore (or where-ever you might have it).
/mystic/echomail/out (your outbound echomail folders).
I would check those to see if there are any other .bsy files located there
that had not been removed for any reason.
