Well, course the name of the road is Slate Hill. When I first moved here
I heard my wife call it "Slate Hell". She had lived here most of her life
and it's a very rural community. My running joke was that the night I
drove through here they cut trees down at both exits of the road trapping
me in this hell. And, the amount of slate here makes it hell to dig. Lol
in a,, honesty, its a pretty place, lots of woods and the lake is across
the road.
