What does being in the nodelist have to do with echomail? As long as the uplink
sets them up, connecting their messages to the rest of fidonet, there is
absolutely no need for a nodelist at all in that regard.
What was said was that the applicant should not type anything in echomail until
they're listed in the nodelist. I simply disagreed with reasons stated.
