It's been a long time since my Radius was used for POTS.  I think it's only
ever called _once_, and that was an accidental call to the Ukraine.  :)

Have a look at Radius' Config-->Nodelist-->Phones(tab).  That's where you can
do some pattern matching and changes.  If your help system works in Radius,
then use that.  Mine only has some pattern changes to reflect dialing in Z3,
and some others to prevent dialing weird '000' style numbers.
