Assuming you meant "weeks" there, and it's generally the same here. No
abortions after 20 weeks. So, again, a crime was committed.

Easily answered: They do it when legally ordered to by a valid
warrant/subpoena by a law enforcement agency. Quite simple, really. I
honestly can't understand how people don't grasp this.
