The abbreviation was not known to me but as the FBI was the direct agency the
reference should have been its name i.e., FBI and just any of the what hundreds
of agencies it might have been, etc.
Just inaccurate - bit like some the the UK newspaper reporting these day.
I always cringe on reports related to aviation or computing that they cannot be
bothered to check their content with some who does know before printing the
rubbish. Some of the errors can really be serious to confuse readers.
