I'll take my family into GC on occasion - both kids play guitar (bass mainly
but my daughter's got a really cool tenor uke) and piano so seeing what's
around is a fun thing. We generally don't *buy* from there because I'm
also friends with the local music store owner and while he doesn't have the
stock he can generally order it.
GC has lost a lot of the appeal that it used to have though - reminds me
a bit too much of Radio Shack.
