Normally, you create the sub-boards in SCFG *first* and the init-fidonet.js
script (described here: https://wiki.synchro.net/howto:fidonet) does that for
you by importing an echolist from your hub, automatically. And then SBBSecho is
configured by default with AutoAddSubs=true, so no areas.bbs file is needed.
