I could not remember if it was Clinton or Obama so I didn't say for sure.
Oddly, the Wikipedia articles that used to contain this information have
been "cleaned up" so that you have to know who you are looking for in order
to find the perpetrators. If you search the pardon lists for the
offense, you won't find the more violent ones. :(
Obama did also pardon a member of the group that was responsible for
several pro Puerto Rican independence bombings in the 1970s. That one is
only now mentioned by name in the Wikipedia article.
