So are you supposed to tell your new applicant not to post anything until it's
okay to do so? What if I sent in my segment on time and it doesn't get
processed by my RC for 3-4 weeks (unfortunately this does and has indeed
happened in the past)? Should they not engage in friendly conversation with
others until then due to faults of others?
It's really not that big a deal if someone can't netmail a reply to you for a
bit, when you consider the average overall wait time a new applicant usually
has to wait to be able to post anything in the first place.
