I think she is trying to deflect the fact that the last four years have not been
great, so she claims she will be "different." When pressed, she is
trying to say she will be "different" than Trump was or will be without
taking any blame for the past 4 years (or claiming she will *really* be
that different than Biden).
Not sure she is trying to blame Trump so much as to signal people that
don't like him that she is their only viable alternative.
It was weird watching her try to dance around his question.
