I guess it depends on how you take it. At the time, I took it as Trump
being hard on that particular person and not as a blanket implication of
disabled persons as a whole. However, I can easily see where others would
take it that way, and I didn't think it was appropriate.
When people say he "doesn't act 'Presidential,'" while they usually cannot
define what that really means I can agree that is one time where he
definately didn't act so. Some of his attacks on John McCain were also
good examples of inappropriate, "un-Presidential" responses.
