I belong to Ancestry.com. But am unable to get past 1 generation of granparents
on my father's side. On my mother's side I believe my great- grandparents. I'm
still looking.
There are two progams on TV where people research their ancesters, one is
Finding Your Roots and the other is Who Do you Think You Are?. Finding your
Roots is on PBS and Who Do You Think You Are is on Discovery.
A couple of actors have traced all the way back to one of the 1st kings of Great
Britain, (for sure), but the English Geneoloists have a suspected tree that they
trace all the way back to Christ to show true British Royality.
My suspected tree goes back to the first emporor of Germany and through marrige
British Royality. I would sure like to be able to prove that!
