I feel similarly towards Louisville. I have family that lives there,
though, so it is difficult to avoid entirely. I can avoid downtown,
though.
The government, and some of the residents, always complain about how no new
businesses (especially retailers) want to locate downtown. They were
complaining about it not long before their downtown errupted in violence.
If they cannot connect the dots, they are pretty damn stupid.
