I am trying to settle into Humans but I am having difficulty. For one thing,
the actors are not consistent in their robotic/synth behaviour. Some of the
rogue synths seem to follow orders well (like the black guy with the white guy
who is trying to find the stolen one), and others like the prostitute that just
decided to operate and "escape" totally on her own. The other thing is the
british accents of *some* of the actors. When those same actors mumble, it is
worse.
Into 1st season episode 2, I am getting the impression that in that world there
is a sub-industry of harvesting/stealing synths and reprogramming them for
nefarious purposes? Is that basically it? And meanwhile, they explore the
ethics and the notion of having those things working as slaves for humans?
