Indeed. And I explained exactly what happened. This was their (accurate) conclus
ion: "According to the analysis, the incident was not caused by any product issu
e. The aircraft cannot detect or avoid any obstacles. Please fly with caution."
Other models (e.g. DJI Mini 3 Pro) *can* detect and avoid obstacles, so I wonder
if they would have given me an even bigger discount on a new drone if it were o
ne of those models.
