Did you follow the notes in the file INSTALL
Specifically after building it :
su
[type root password]
make install
exit
/home/mbse/bin/mbtask
Bye the bye, it is recommended twhen building to use :
make > build.log 2>build.err
ls -la build.*
if build.err > 0 do less build.err and check any output before doing the
make install
