No.. there is no width limit in the "viewer". The limits
pertain to the "editor".
As soon as I would commence a reply to any full-width/free-flow
message using the internal editor, the limits configured in
OpenXP will take effect.

I like OpenXP's manual reflow feature. It helps to keep
paragraphs neat and even for the end of each line. But it
would be nice to have the option to mark a paragraph and have
it "free-flow" going out. Instead, OpenXP always adds a <CR>
at the end of each line set to the width that you specify up to
the max allowed.
