I'm thinking that could only be one possible reason. Not necessarily the only
OR correct reason. Given the current actual situation. The reason that I would
perceive would be that he desired to get things on his end setup prior to
taking on more downlinks. It would seem that your perception is being
controlled by you attitude regarding the matter. JMHO.
