Very true. The only exception would be if the vehicle was charged with solar
power.
The power provider I use (which offers the best rate) generates the majority of
it's power from nuclear.
My old next door neighbor had a plug-in Chevy Volt. You couldn't even hear it
drive up the street other than the tire noise.
My Harley is the alarm clock for my entire cul-de-sac.. :)
