I had a customer yesturday who had the audacity to return colored
pencils that were obviously used and the box was open. The item was
over 80 dollars and the customer was smug and arrogant about it. I
could understand if it was 1 pencil, but over 15 of them were used.
Luckily my manager told the customer we are not going to do it for
them. We are not Play it Again Crafts.
